CrossFit Classes at Riot Athletics

Each class you’ll train beside your friends and fellow athletes, led through the day’s workout by our expert coaches.

Together, you’ll learn new movements, get leaner and more fit, and unlock potential you’ve always had (but perhaps didn’t know how to find).

We’ll do it in an environment that is friendly and appropriately challenging — whether you’ve been training for years or you’ve just started your journey.

For those of you brand new to CrossFit, our quick start program (a.k.a "Fundamentals") is now included with your first month of unlimited CrossFit membership! You’ll schedule three 1-on-1 personal training sessions with our veteran coaches to get you up to speed, and then finish out the rest of the month in our regular classes. This allows you (as a newcomer to CrossFit) to learn at your own pace, and get comfortable in the group setting with a dedicated coach helping you along the way.
