Training notes: please come prepared with numbers ready to go. Also, for the “max” set on pull ups, this will be performed at whatever you did for the max test day. So if you did body weight, 3 bands, box, a certain angle on the rings, you are doing that so we can see where the needle is moving. Don’t expect a PR, it’s not for that, but to also train endurance along with strength for the smaller sets before.
