New cycle brief: Alright guys - I just wanted to take a moment to go over what to expect going forward with the next cycle. First, I just want to say great job on the last cycle. We saw the needle move a lot on overhead squats, jump roping skills, and deadlift endurance. On our next cycle we are going to be focusing on heavy 1-3 rep back squats, press and deadlifts, along with strict pull up development, short and nasty sprint variations and full cleans. So for the next two weeks please try to get into class as often as you can because we will be testing some of these out the gate so we have data to go off of going forward, and data to compare against when we reach the end of our cycle. Iā€™m super excited for this next phase, and we hope you guys are too. SO GET HERE TOMORROW! Test number one is the CrossFit Total.
