Measured, Clean, Super Clean - Which One to Choose?

It’s exciting to see so many of you jumping in on the nutrition challenge! The changes over 6 weeks are going to be incredible!! We have 3 separate meal guidelines to choose from based on previous challenger feedback. Measured, Clean and Super Clean. The Super Clean option is the most stringent with regards to quality of food, and Measured will be more restrictive with regards to quantity. Here are the loose guidelines for each category:

SUPER CLEAN
FOODS TO AVOID:
Grains
Dairy
Gluten
Sugar
Corn
Soy
Processed/Packaged Foods
GMO Foods
Sweeteners of all kinds (including honey, stevia, monkfruit, etc.)
FOODS TO ENJOY:
Unlimited Vegetables
High Quality Meats, Seafood and Eggs
Healthy Fats (avocado, olives, nut and seed butters, nuts and seeds, coconut milk, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil)
Fresh Fruit
Starches (sweet potato, yam, pumpkin, potato, squash)

CLEAN AND MEASURED - All the above foods in Super Clean PLUS:
Rice
Oats
Legumes
Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
Stevia
Nut Pods and Calafia Creamers
*Alcohol: limit to 1-2 drinks per week. If weight loss is your goal, avoid completely.

WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE?
SUPER CLEAN - Good for folks wanting a detox of their system and to improve their gut health. If you’ve never attempted a challenge like this, it is a great way to find out if you have any food sensitivities that may be impacting your energy levels, sleep, body composition, etc.
CLEAN - This is great for returning challengers who know what works best for their body and like a little more flexibility in their meal options. This would be the least optimal for folks that are looking for significant weight loss.
MEASURED - This is great for people who have trouble with portion control even when they are eating Super Clean. You’ll still get the benefits of a Clean or Super Clean diet, and we are helping you take the guesswork out of how much to eat. If you are looking to lose weight this will be a great option.
