January 2019 Nutrition Challenge

Hi All!! We are bringing back the nutrition challenge starting Monday January 7th! There are so many reasons folks embark on our challenges, and here are a few of the benefits:

  • Three eating plan options - Measured, Clean, and Super Clean (More details on this in tomorrow’s post)

  • Option to do Individual or Team (up to 3 people) Challenge

  • Weekly in-person check-ins and weigh-in with your coaches

  • Minimum of 3 workouts per week

  • Access to private Facebook and Slack groups to ask all the questions you want
