A. For time:
400m run
15 Burpees
400m run
14 Burpees
400m Run
13 Burpees
etc, etc, etc...until...
400m run 1 Burpee

*45min time cap* 

Reminder: no classes this Friday, Saturday or Sunday because of the Cascade Classic. Also, we would appreciate volunteers for Saturday and/or Sunday to help either judge, set up, etc. This would be much appreciated, especially for Saturday.
