  • bring your bubble wrap for your butt for the sit ups, the special jump rope with you name customized on it so you feel better about your double unders, and homemade tape for your hands for the pull ups because you haven't gone online to buy gymnastics grips for $19, because tomorrow is going to be awesome! That being said, make your life and the coaches life easier by getting there a little earlier and begin to roll out and get your body moving and prime yourself for this volume. It's going to be gnar bear.
