10 Rower Pike Ups
10 Box Jumps

Even minute rounds perform:
10 Wall Ball
10 Plate Burpees
10 Sit Ups

  • This is 8 total rounds, 4 per triplet. You will alternate back and forth between the rounds. Keep a running score of your rounds for each triplet. You will be asked what your total score is at the end of the workout. You pick up where you left off from the previous round.
