A1. 5k Row TT
- Well well well, look at what we have here! As promised from last week, the OT4 x 10 rowing was near an end. So near, that we are done with it! However, it was all leading up to this moment. With such volume over the last 8 weeks, we are excited to see all sorts of PRs on our 5k. What a way to start off the Clean30 challenge right?!
- Oh, before I forget, for those who are thinking they will schedule a meeting on every hour of class just to avoid the row, no worries, it will just be your workout on Tuesday. Or Wednesday. Or Thursday. Or even next Valentines Day. Point is, you are doing this. It is gym tradition. Remember, we are here to push ourselves and to challenge ourselves. Not to pick and choose what we want. We grow the most through challenge, trial and working on our weaknesses, not our strengths.
A2. 1RM Bench Press
- But wait! We also get a 1RM Bench? Darn tootin we do! Your reward for pushing through that 5k! So bring your bro tanks.
