  1.  Pull Ups = Half of your number from last week (which was 40% of max pull ups), add 10%. Example: my max pull ups was 51. 40% = 20. Half of that = 10. Plus 10% = 11. My number OTM is now 11. It’s pretty straight forward guys, duh.
