A. 10min of Handstand Work
- This is time spent for quality development of inversion. Nothing should feel too bad or too breathy, but rather getting more and more dialed in to your skills of being inverted.
- Includes: HS hold, HS walking, kick ups, partner work, shoulder taps, headstand to press transfers, etc.
B. 20min AMRAP of:
- 15 Ring Push Ups
- 15 Box Jump Overs
- 15 Burpees
