A. Back Squat 5 x 3
- bring your shoes, knee sleeves, shirt that says "this is why I squat ---> (pointing to butt)", and anything else that you need.
B. Bench 3 x 5
- now take those shoes off, lower the knee sleeves, and bring your bro tank for bench.
