What is The 30 Clean?
The 30 Clean is a fantastic program that offers several types of clean eating challenges to help people meet their health and wellness goals. Their primary objective is to deliver a solid education on what foods fuel our bodies best, and then provide the resources and tools to stay on track.
We chose them as our nutrition partners due to their awesome support and followup with each person that participates in their program, and because their nutrition philosophy is well aligned with our own. Our very own Stacy V. is a national coach with The 30 Clean, and she, along with other nutritional experts, will be there to help you discover the foods that work best for your body, including portion sizes, macronutrient combinations and ideal timing.
