"S.O.S." Suffer On Saturday
Is it a partner workout? Is it a Hero workout? Maybe even a relay? All I can tell you is that it will have a beginning, a middle, and an end. It will be fun, sweaty and full of community fun. It will contain muscle contraction, hip flexion, quickly followed by hip extension, and an elevated heart rate. A recipe for pure performance delight!
