Score = Total Meters Rowed
Goal: take last weeks total, divide by 10, take the average, and shoot to beat that each round. Oh, also, HAVE FUN!! Muahahahahaha....
Reminder: I know this one hurt last week, but these are the type of workouts we need. The ones that we usually want to run from, are the ones that we need the most. This is not just for the now, but for the later in life as well. We are here to become not just better athletes, but healthier and better people as well.
